A beautiful wedding at Brockholes Nature Reserve

Updated: 7 days ago

As a bridal makeup artist, I have had the pleasure of working on many weddings over the years. I have seen the happiness and excitement of brides on their wedding day, and I have also seen the stress and anxiety that can come with planning a wedding.

But through it all, I have always been amazed by the beauty and love that is shared on this special day.

Jenny and her bridal party who I worked with on this particular wedding were absolutely lovely.

Jenny was so in love and so excited to be marrying Johnny.

Jenny was a natural beauty, and she wanted a makeup look that would enhance her natural features.

We decided on a light and airy look that would be perfect for an outdoor wedding.

Jenny was absolutely stunning on her wedding day. The makeup look that we created was perfect for her, and she looked radiant.

Here are my top tips for choosing a makeup artist for your wedding day:

  • Ask for recommendations from your venue, friends, family, or other professionals in the wedding industry.

  • Contact several artists to find one who is a good fit for your budget and style.

  • Be sure to see photos of the artist's work, they will usually have a gallery on their website or have an instagram page, also ask about their experience working with brides.

  • Get everything in writing, including the artist's fee, the services they will provide, and their cancellation policy.

  • Always check reviews on google and social media to make sure the artist is trustworthy, the last thing you want is someone cancelling on you at the last minute.
