Sarah's Gorgeous Lake District Wedding.
A truly gorgeous wedding at Brantwood House in Coniston.
The Lake District is one of my favourite places to travel to for weddings, although the drive to Brantwood House was a little bit hairy with very small winding roads, the drive was certainly worthwhile as when I reached the venue we came to the most beautiful house set above Lake Coniston.
Sarah opted for an intimate wedding with just her closest friends and family present and I was there to provide the bridal makeup for Sarah, her sister, mother of the bride and a friend.
Sarah doesn't usually wear makeup so she wanted a natural makeup look to compliment her beautiful red hair, I focused on her eyes and added some small wispy lashes but kept the rest of the makeup quite subtle.
She looked stunning in her ivory gown as you can see from these beautiful pictures.
It was a lovely relaxing morning and Sarah had hired Andrew Billington to take the beautiful photos for the day. Andrew's style of photography is very natural and unposed which I really like, he captured some wonderful images of the day.
