Sparth House Hotel
With 16 beautiful bedrooms, beautiful gardens and full exclusivity for your wedding day its no wonder Emma & Jon fell in love with this gorgeous wedding venue.
This house has been standing in Lancashire since 1740 and is now a privately owned family house that specialises in weddings.
On the morning of the wedding it was an early start as I had 4 bridesmaids plus the bride to get ready.
The Sparth House hotel has a huge bridal suite with lots of space and light, perfect for bridal preparations.
As the girls ordered breakfast to their room, they all took their turns getting their hair put into rollers and then taking turns to sit in the makeup chair.
Emma has the most amazing complexion and the softest clearest skin I have ever seen.
For her wedding day she wanted a very natural look and she chose not to have lashes.
I used airbrush foundation on Emma as it gives a very natural finish without looking heavy and it has great staying power in hot weather and won’t slide off or look greasy.
The bridesmaids all opted for classic bridal look too, they all wanted something pretty natural as they didn’t tend to wear a lot of makeup on a day to day basis.
Emma chose Matthew Grainger photography as her wedding photographer for the day.
Matthew is one of the recommenced suppliers for the Sparth House Hotel
Matthews approach is natural and relaxed with an emphasis on capturing the real, natural moments, he captured the day perfectly,
